ZYGLO ZA-915 Modular Penetrant Testing Line

One of the most popular penetrant testing systems offering the flexibility of modular construction, the ZA 915 system is a multi-station process for components up to 850 mm x 850 mm x 750 mm.

Designed to operate from either left or right the system can, when arranged in a straight line, be used as a manual unit or in conjunction with a linear robot for fully automatic applications.

Alternatively, where space is a major consideration, the ZA 915 can be arranged in either a ‘U’ or an ‘L’ configuration to suit the area available.

Based on a 915 mm square tank system, the ZA 915 incorporates all the necessary equipment for Zyglo Fluorescent Penetrant Testing.

In its standard arrangement ZA 915 conforms to the majority of required testing specifications, but as a modular unit, offers the added advantage of simple tank additions to meet alternative specifications.
