ZYGLO ZA-37, ZA-37W, ZA-37S Modular System

Each of the two ZA-37 models is designed for a specific testing method. Since the order of use varies with different penetrant materials, the units must be carefully ordered to fit your application.

ZA-37W for Water Washable Method: This is the simplest unit because water can be used directly to wash excess penetrant from parts without additional steps.

ZA-37E for Post-Emulsified Method: This unit can locate extremely shallow flaws, but it requires an extra processing step applying an emulsifier to make penetrant washable.

ZA-37H for Hydrophilic Method: This unit delivers the highest inspection sensitivity, but it requires an additional processing station for pre-rinsing parts.
