X-ray film processor UFORP

X-ray film processor UFORP-ONIKO is intended for manual chemical treatment of X-ray sheet radiographic film of all types and sizes due to technological developing cycle, with the possibility to heat operating solutions.

Two types of devices are exist: with dryer of pictures by heating air (UFORP-S) and without dryer (UFORP).

The device is supplied with electromechanical timer.

Maximal size of the developing film is 350 x 130 mm.

To heat the developer up to 20°С the safe thermo electro heater with anti-corrosive coat of low-voltage power supply and economical scheme of auto-control heating are used.

Accuracy of temperature maintenance: + 0,5°С.

In hot time of year chemicals are cooled down with the help of running water.

In the device the contact of chemicals with corrosive materials is absent. Blocks of developer and dryer are made of chemically steady materials - pvc.

The main advantages of device compared to analogues: longevity, simplicity, economy, convenience in work both film treatment and chemicals replacement. It is easy to install and to serve!

An improved design of UFORP allows a quick replacement of any capacity, which sharply reduces time if repair is needed.

Moreover the dryer can be done with a separate unit, which allows to install it both jointly with device and in a separate room.
